Have you thought about what you will be passing out to your trick-or-treaters?
Branch out and try something other than candy!
My son seemed to be confused on saturday when I showed him what we were giving the trick-or-treaters.
"Where are the treats?" He asked.
"We don't give out treats at our house remember, we give out toys and thats way more cool."
Well, I think so.
They may not be the fanciest of toys, but the last longer than a piece of candy.
Again, I am NOT against candy on Halloween...it is tradition. I just like to spice things up a bit.

Dev what a great idea! I love the hands...I'm going to do something like this for my preschoolers.
ReplyDeleteOooh, yes please! I'm not against treats either, but if they're in my house my toddler can sniff them out anywhere. I just don't like how long they hang around after Halloween -- it feels like FOREVER! Love this idea.
