I am a Registered Dietitian. I graduated from Utah State University with a BS in Nutrition and Food Science. I then went on to complete my Dietetic Internship and receive my Master's Degree from Stony Brook University in New York. I worked as the Nutrition Coach at a high-end fitness facility and currently work part-time as a Corporate Wellness Consultant at the top employee benefits firm in Utah. 

I also am a Certified Pilates and Pilates Barre Instructor achieving my training through Poise and Strength Pilates. Pilates is my favorite form of exercise. In my opinion, there is no other way to strengthen, tone, and stretch your muscles so efficiently. Pilates is a fun and challenging way to exercise. I teach at Poise and Strength Pilates and out of my home. 

I am a wife and the mother of two, one boy and one girl. I have always loved food! I have enjoyed cooking since I was a little girl. I believe that there is always a healthier choice available, but once in a while you should eat what you truly want. Hopefully, my nutrition tid-bits get you a little closer to your goal, whatever that may be!
