Protein Packed

{1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese mixed with 1-2 TBSP of dill seasoning. Nitrite-free deli meat, peeled organic carrots, and sliced cucumber}
This is my favorite lunch/snack lately. It is packed with protein so it keeps you going for a long time.
There is so much variety. You can dip, scoop, layer, or top any combination of the four foods.

  1. You would LOVE Trader Joe's. Utah needs to get one. I shop almost exclusively there now. That lunch looks very tasty...Mmmm, I'm getting hungry! :)

  2. I know. I love TJs. That's the only place we shopped at when we lived in NY. I wish we could figure out a way to get it here. The food is amazing and the prices are too!
