    I have found I'm way more concerned about getting Noah to eat healthy than I am Jon or I. He only drinks water and milk and I try hard to have well balanced meals for him (except for vegetables are still really a struggle!) and we really don't keep many sweets in the house so he doesn't know what he's missing yet!

  2. I love your blog and Kates they give me such great ideas.
    I try to feed duke healthy foods like cheese and veggies and fruits. I have been so lucky that he loves healthy foods but he also loves junk but we try to stay away from it.

  26. I don't buy alot of junk food. Even for a snack my kids eat healthy (most of the time). If the parent doesn't buy junk most likely the child will not eat junk
