I actually read this back in December, but thought I would share it now since we are right in the middle of National Nutrition month and Registered Dietitian Day was last week (3/9). Although I am always striving to live healthfully, in no way am I sharing this article as a way to "brag". In fact, I often feel as though others are living much healthier lifestyles than I am. For example, I find it nearly impossible to get up at six every morning to exercise. Then again, I do find time most days of the week to fit it in. We are all trying, no one is perfect. For me, this article was a reminder that I am an example of health to others. Additionally, there are countless others who are amazing examples of health to me. My Wellness Director at work is a great example to me. She was recently quoted in an article {here}.
Who is an example of health to you?
