Dinner Tonight

With just 7 ingredients and less than 20 minutes you can have yourself a nutritious and delicious taco salad...

  1. I've got a 3 (maybe 4) ingredient meal that's vegetariant. Black beans, jar of salsa and 4 eggs. mix the beans and the salsa in a shallow skillet. heat. make a well, drop in an egg. repeat x 4. cover the pan let the eggs poach.
    "skillet poached huevos rancheros" serve with tortillas.
    so delicious, my boyfriend will eat it. (found it in Real Simple) :)
