I had to run 7 miles today. It was not the most fun I have ever had. I didn't want to quit and come home early so I arranged my husband and kids to pick me up this morning at a location that was about 7 miles away. Then we went out to breakfast.
What have you done to make sure you complete a workout?
I drag myself to a location half the distance. Then when I get there I tell myself I have to get home! I go in the morning when Shawn is getting ready for work. I always push myself because I don't want him to be late! Thanks for the motivation, Devrie! Trying so much harder to be healthy.
