I'm a sucker for anything chocolate and peanut butter. However, finding a healthy {and tasty} product combining the two is pretty difficult...until now! I just purchased this at Harmons!
For 3/4 cup you get:
110 calories
1 gram fat
3 grams fiber
6 grams sugar
2 grams protein
Not too bad. Six grams of sugar is the max amount of sugar that should be in one serving of cereal. You should also try to aim for at least three grams of fiber per serving. Add a few scrambled egg whites {on the side} and you've got a well rounded breakfast. This tastes great too! The flavors are subtle and it is definitely a better version of the more popular cereal, you know the one I am talking about?
