{My lunch made with all things Costco. Organic mixed greens, diced organic Fuji apple, tabbouleh, shredded rotisserie chicken}
My one year old and I went to Costco. She LOVES food. She realized that they have samples there and pointed at every one as we walked past. She sampled pretty much everything: mango salsa, a multigrain chip, chicken apple sausages...What a great way to entertain a wild toddler! There was one booth that was testing different flavored gourmet cheeses. A mom and three kids walked by, all her kids wanted to try the cheese.
"You won't like it. It's hot"
What?
The kids were screaming. "But, I want to try it."
"No!"
The lady behind the cheese counter said, "I completely disagree with that. If your kids what to try the cheese, let them. Let them decide for themselves if they like it or not."
I couldn't agree more!
Alex and Hannah love the samples, too! The only ones I steer them clear of are the strange protein/weightloss/energy drinks they are usually sampling at the front of the store. I just don't know what is in those! lol
