Tonight I am going out with friends. We are headed to the Cheesecake Factory. Honestly, that place is a little overrated to me. However, I do enjoy the Thai Lettuce Wraps {appetizer}. I have always thought that is an excellent and healthy option there. I looked up the nutrition facts, which I could not find on the menu but did find on livestrong.com.

These lettuce wraps are meant to serve 2-4 people:
1025 calories
2347 mg sodium
Yikes.
The good news is that I believe most of those calories/sodium mg are coming from the 3, 4 ounce containers of sauces. I'd venture to say it's between 400 and 600 calories.
If you take those out or use just a couple teaspoons this dish is roughly 500 calories. That's the magic number you want to stay under when eating out.
Conclusion, I still think this dish is a good option. Just don't soak your lettuce wraps in ALL three sauces. I never do, the veggies and chicken are tasty enough for me!

That's what I get when I go there too! so tasty and I agree that the calories are most likely coming from the sauces. Love your new layout Dev. Keep it up cause I have clearly stopped any blogging. ha.
