Sweet Avocado and Corn Salsa
1 cup frozen organic corn, thawed
1 avocado, diced
1 mango, diced
1 pint organic cherry tomatoes, diced
2 TBS fresh cilantro
1 lime juiced
Salt to taste
Combine all ingredients in a serving bowl. Add in salt to taste. Mix and enjoy with Kettle Brand Organic Blue Tortilla Chips!
