Trend: Greek Yogurt

My internet has been down and I have been a little preoccupied with this.

I am extending the giveaway, so make sure you enter.

I was checking out one of my favorite websites and was overwhelemed with the amount of advertisements for Activia plasted ALL OVER the page. They've come out with their version of Greek and French yogurt. Fage (fa-yeh) started the Greek yogurt trend and now every brand of yogurt has their own version. Fage is still the best, most authentic. Just make sure you get 0% or you will be packing about 12 grams of fat into one sitting.
Greek yogurt is strained so it is creamier and higher in protein (15 grams per 8 oz), but many of the knock-off versions aren't made the same way. Looking over Activia's ingredient list, I know that it is not authentic. After cultured milk, is water, sugar, more sugar, milk protein concentrate (the protein is coming from this, not strained yogurt), modified food starch (thickener), vanilla flavor, and other presertavives and supplements.

Don't be fooled. Not all Greek Yogurt is created equal.

Don't forget the giveaway!!
