About a month ago we {the wellness team} hosted a salad bar pot luck during the lunch hour at work. We posted a sign-up sheet with any salad fixing we could think of and people committed to bring an item or two. Everyone brought their item chopped up and ready to go in their own container. They also brought their own serving utensils. When we put all the items together we had one complete and tasty salad bar. You should try it. You don't have to just stick to the workplace. Get together with friends, couples, or even organize a play date. While the kids play the parents can eat!
