A new reality show has started, America's Next Great Restaurant. The first episode was Sunday and so far it looks pretty good. Who else looks pretty good? Curtis Stone. But, that's not the point of this blog. The four investors/judges chose their top ten ideas to invest in - Bobby Flay {the great}, Steve Ells {Chipotle - my favorite fast food joint}, Lorena Garcia {Latina Chef}, and the yummy Curtis Stone {"cook as Mother Nature intended"}. The winner will open three eateries in Hollywood, Minneapolis, and New York City.

The Tiffin Box- Indian inspired cuisine
Fixed calorie fast food
Wok- which seems to be a little like Pei Wei
The last thing this country needs is another wing/burger/fried joint. I am pulling for all the healthy options. We'll see if they make it!
