protein powder of choice

Designer Whey-
This is the protein powder I prefer. It is sweetened with stevia-leaf extract as opposed to the controversial, artificial sweeteners mentioned in my previous post. It tastes pretty good, is 100 calories, and supplies 18 grams of protein. Plus, you can find it at most grocery stores. 

My thoughts on protein drinks are this:
They are great if you are short on time, after a workout, or are trying to follow a lower carbohydrate meal plan. I prefer to chew my food than swallow, but it is nice to change things up. I like to mix mine with ice, a banana, Adam's peanut butter, and Greek yogurt. This combination of protein and fat keeps you satisfied for a good amount of time.
